Physical Products

Our physical products are made-to-order and personalized specifically for you. Therefore, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order so we can arrange for a refund or a replacement item to be sent to you.

Please note that to process a return or exchange for damaged items, we require clear photos of the item and the packaging. Please ensure to keep the original packaging as delivery providers often require this as proof for claims.
